I’ve got a banging headache right now. The past week has drained me completely, that I’ve had such an off day today. I feel so groggy and spent the day arguing with Lon over really stupid stuff. Other than that though, last week was a perfect start to the “super duper packed and busy plus fun and enjoyable summer holiday” I want.
Wed 18th : Accidentally sent a text for Mariecell to Lon concerning his surprise birthday. Stupid me, I’m so used to scrolling down to Lon’s name and hitting send without thinking. Spent the next five minutes stomping around the kitchen swearing at myself, telling myself off, and texting Lon again begging him not to read the text coz it’s “about his birthday present”, which is half true, but the rest was about the food for the surprise birthday. Held myself back from going out coz I was nervous about going shopping on my own haha. Eventually did leave about 4 hours later. Lon calls, telling me he read the text (noo!!) and that he’s ruined his surprise, aww. When he asks, I make up excuses about his surprise, which thank goodness I didn’t actually say in the text. Spend the next few hours walking up and down Oxford Street and around Carnaby Street, browsing around shops slowly, so slowly that in almost every shop, sales assistants approach me asking if I need help coz I look lost haha. It was then I realised how difficult it is shopping for Lon, especially that his style changes all the time. But after going around our usual hidden treasure shops, Selfridges, Evisu and making friends with some of the sales assistants, I successfully bought his presents! Since he knew about the Swatch watch I wanted to get him, we met later on and he chose the one he wanted. The end of “celebrating your last day as a 17 year old and getting your watch which means your a man now” day!
Thurs 19th : My plan was to travel to Lon’s really early and surprise him and make him breakfast. BUT of course, that didn’t exactly go to plan. He ended up calling me when I wasn’t even half way to his house and it turns out he was up already. Gosh. Tried to make it up by running from the station, but that only ended up with me having stitches and trying to act normal at the same time haha, gosh I’m so unfit. Spent the morning and early afternoon in bed, watching TV, eating pizza and chips and listening to music. Then we started getting ready to go theatre, coz i booked tickets yesterday morning to watch ‘Into The Hoods’, something we’ve been wanting to watch for agessss, and also because some of the cast are part of his dance group. While he’s getting ready, I ran to the toilet to take pictures wearing my new blazer that I bought ages ago just haven’t worn out yet. Love it! ‘Into The Hoods’ aswell, I don’t even know how to describe. The use of hip-hop and other dance styles should be used more in West End Theatre, and as this is the first, I hope hope hope there’s more coming. Guy’s, if you like dance, hip hop, or just want to be inspired and see something different from the theatre, I recommend ‘Into The Hoods’, especially that I was able to get £10 tickets with amazing seats!
Fri 20th : Despite being utterly tired from last night, and luckily being taken home by my honey, I woke up early, bathed and made my way to pick up Lon from his last exam. It was pure hassle trying to get my hands on a Metro, since someone always grabbed it first, or I was too embarrassed to straight away pick it up once someone put it down haha. Thought I was running late, but I actually got there on time, less than 5 minutes waiting, and I saw my Lonny wearing his new shirt walking down towards me with his friend. Then started the long task of keeping him busy, while his sister and cousin prepared everything at home and waited for everyone to arrive. Once they were ready, Lon was determined to eat, and we ended up walking around China Town and all sorts. Once we set home, and was nearing home, his sister text me, I knew it was her, and also knew that Lon would try to look at my phone, so I quickly hid my phone. Sigh, he ended up being upset with me, asking how come I can look through his phone and he can’t, and what am I hiding. I couldn’t help but smile, and when I tried to lean on him to hide my eagerness to see his face when he got surprised, he wouldn’t let me. Sigh. Even when we got home, he started getting all suspicious, how come the car is outside, but the door is locked. How comes blah blah blah. He took off his shoes, and started checking the phone messages, what the hell. I headed into the kitchen, and started calling him to come there, “how comes the oven is on and no-ones home”. Blah blah Lon, just get into the garden haha. I walk into the garden, and just shout for him to come here, the only way I knew he would come. “SURPRISE!”
Spent the rest of the day eating, talking about how we planned it, listening to him work out everything, me telling everyone how Lon thought I was texting other guys, messing around with the girls, talking about our “big boobs” haha, playing Nintendo 64, playing basketball, looking after the baby, playing pass the parcel and musical statues, playing badminton and baseball, which were the prizes that were left behind haha.
-camera is still broken, I’m waiting for people to post them up on facebook, plus the vid of him getting surprised haha.
